Café Scientifique - October

Join in for our Café Scientifique! A free public science talk series at Globe Theatre! 

Marie-Laure Delabre, PhD senior research scientist with a broad scientific knowledge background and over 12 years of experience in dairy food technology, will be answering the question "What is food flavour?

The talk will be a general introduction of biological flavour perception, flavour compounds generated by microbial fermentation.
